In this role, you'll manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities—recruiting top talent, ensuring compliance, and handling employee relations—while helping to shape our firm's culture. You'll collaborate with our executive team on initiatives designed to attract diverse candidates and build a cohesive, positive work environment. With your passion for recruitment and retention, you'll bring fresh ideas and strategies that make a lasting impact on the lives of our employees and the future of our firm.

Employee relations will be at the heart of what you do, helping our staff navigate challenging situations with patience, sound judgment, and expertise. From supporting managers with performance management to leading conflict resolution, you'll promote a culture of growth, feedback, and inclusion. Your advice on employment law and best practices will ensure we stay compliant, and your guidance will help us improve both staff utilization and overall employee satisfaction.

You'll also play a key role in overseeing benefits and payroll, making sure our processes are efficient and responsive to employees' needs. Your knowledge of HIPAA compliance, health and safety laws, and leave administration will ensure that we offer a safe, secure, and supportive work environment for everyone.

In addition to these duties, you'll partner with our leadership team to shape the firm's long-term organizational development strategy. You'll drive key initiatives in staff development, engagement, and motivation, embedding our mission and values into everything we do. By your sixth month, you'll be managing special projects, making quick decisions that impact the team, and becoming a go-to resource for both employees and partners.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a certified (SHRM or HRCI) HR professional with at least three years of experience in HR management, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. You should be skilled in HR databases and payroll systems, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead with confidence. Most importantly, you'll have the emotional intelligence and passion to support our team with integrity and care.

We offer a competitive salary of $70k-100k, an outstanding benefits package, and the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, growing divorce and family law firm where your work will have a real impact. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and help us shape our future, we want to hear from you!
